On Music, Writing, and all those Vs

Veins, Visions, Vipers, Voices and now Vortex. I’m a sucker for deciphering patterns. Is there some clandestine meaning behind all these Vs?

Bram Stoker award-winning author Benjamin Kane Etheridge asks that question and more in a terrific interview over at Cloth’s Chapel, a blog site about all things relating to horror.

Our conversation touches on music, the production of Veins: The Soundtrack, and the forthcoming Veins Cycle book — Vortex!

I even get a chance to talk about Arthur C. Clarke’s Childhood’s End, the book that on a long-ago summer morning taught me everything I needed to know about writing genre fiction.
