The box doesn’t flash, expand, or migrate to the center of the screen. That’s by design.
Since I tend to get annoyed when my reading is interrupted by click-through ads, I asked this site’s webmaster (W. H. Horner Editorial & Design) to create something unobtrusive.
I think he succeeded.
And yet people have found the signup box. The list of subscribers has grown. And next month, the newsletter’s first issue will be ready for launch.
More than an extension of this blog, each bi-weekly issue will focus on a new novel scheduled for release this fall from Caezik Science Fiction and Fantasy, an imprint of Arc Manor Books.
Titled Minute-Men: Execute and & Run, the book is a collaborative effort with brother Christopher Connolly, who developed the story’s characters and concept before I came on board to write the novel and screenplay.
Lots to Share
Starting in May, subscribers will learn more about the Minute-Men—a band of commandos capable of short bursts of strength and skill that cannot be employed without backup from the other team members. To survive, they must set aside their differences and form a mosaic of power. Collaboration is key. Going it alone is their kryptonite.
