What Are You Reading?

51svcQo8sFL._SY344_PJlook-inside-v2,TopRight,1,0_SH20_BO1,204,203,200_If you’re like me, you have a number of books going at once. Maybe there’s a hardback open on your nightstand, a paperback waiting in your briefcase, an ebook queued up on your digital device. There’s simply too much out there for b00k-at-a-time reading, and having so many books going at the same time means I’m always making and looking for recommendations.

Last week I finished Yann Martel’s genre-bending Life of Pi. This week I’m wrapping up K. J. Parker’s political fantasy Devices and Desires. And next week (sooner, if I can swing it) I plan to dive into Jon Sprunk‘s Blood and Iron, a book that is already getting some amazing buzz (check out the review at i09). The novel is already queued up on my Kindle, ready and waiting.

So how about you? What are you reading? My comment box and FB page are open, and I’m always looking for recommendations.
